Julian Assange wants a world where there are no more secrets and so see what that means in Bill Condon’s movie charting the rise of WikiLeaks, THE FIFTH ESTATE.

Bill Condon’s new movie THE FIFTH ESTATE, which was originally due to open in the US in the fall and in the UK in January next year, is now being released simultaneously in October and from the looks of this exciting first trailer, it could earn the title of the first unmissable movie of the autumn.

Charting the rise of WikiLeaks through its two creators, we’re sure to witness two extraordinary performances from Benedict Cumberbatch as Julian Assange and Daniel Bruhl as his business partner Daniel Domscheit-Berg on whose book Billy Ray’s screenplay is based.

With a superlative supporting cast that includes Laura Linney, Anthony Mackie, Alicia Vikander, David Thewlis, Stanley Tucci, Dan Stevens and Carice van Houten, take a look at what’s in store and be wowed in particular by the amazing final shot in the trailer, which brings to mind Kevin Costner’s great moment in JFK when he looked right down the lens and challenged us directly as an audience into action.

Watch and wait as they seek out the truth…
